For the first time, the company's sixth establishment has set up shop on the Left Bank, on the roof of Pavilion 6 in the Parc des Expositions at Porte de Versailles. With a 250 m² restaurant and a 489 m² terrace facing 14,000 m² of urban culture, this rooftop restaurant offers a breathtaking view over Paris. On the kitchen side, part of the catering is geared towards responsible and local produce: chef Jérémy Claudepierre uses 100% of cultivated produce varieties!

6) A veggie plate and a breathtaking view of the Galeries Lafayette rooftop

There's no doubt that the French are increasingly questioning their consumption of meat products - 46% of them would like to see vegetarian or vegan dishes on the menu of so-called classic restaurants. A challenge more than accepted by Créatures, chef Julien Sebbag's new ephemeral restaurant. On the menu: 100% vegetarian dishes, 40% vegan. The chef's stated aim: to make vegetables and fruit "sexy, gourmet, innovative, delicious, surprising and exciting". Mission accomplished: it's very good (the plates are rather small), but you go there for the magnificent setting. The restaurant is located on the roof of Galeries Lafayette, offering a breathtaking view of the most beautiful spots in Paris.

9) The relaxing rooftop at Mama Shelter

On vacation, we're more likely to find you fanning your toes on the beach than out hiking? Then head for the rooftops of the Mama Shelter, which is sure to bring back some good old memories. If you don't go to this rooftop for its unobstructed view of Paris, you do come to discover the thousand-colored decor of this place, just a stone's throw from Père Lachaise. Its kitsch umbrellas, graphic cushions, ping-pong table, barbecue, table soccer and colorful fabric huts transport us to the coconuts.

10) Sweetness at the Perch

Le Perchoir has become a Paris institution. The capital's first rooftop restaurant, it welcomes guests summer and winter alike in a dreamlike atmosphere. Jazz concerts punctuate the sunsets, which can be enjoyed over a charcuterie board and a cocktail. The place is absolutely perfect for a relaxed end to the day. Such is its success that the historic Perchoir du 11ème has spawned two other rooftops of the same name: the first in the Marais, on the roofs of the BHV, and the second on the roofs of the Gare de l'Est.

11) Back to basics at Point Éphémère

The timeless Point Éphémère needs no introduction. While the venue's success seems to be a constant, its rooftop closes at the end of each summer and reopens when the weather's fine. To our delight, this year was no exception. Returning to the Point Éphémère terrace is akin to welcoming the start of summer and its hostilities. On the menu this year: deckchairs for relaxation, brunch and Animal Kitchen dishes for the tummy, a plant market for the eyes, yoga classes for the mind and headphone projections for the ears. It's all designed to leave you feeling fulfilled. However, due to its success in recent years, the rooftop is only accessible by reservation.

12) The atmosphere on the Moulin Rouge rooftop

La Machine, the legendary venue of the Moulin Rouge, offers a high-flying musical program all year round. Evenings here are as long as they are lively, with some of the world's greatest DJs setting the rhythm. In summer, the venue opens its rooftop garden with a breathtaking view over one of the capital's most famous and dynamic squares. Now, before you get your groove on, you can sip a drink just below the pallets of the capital's most famous Moulin.

13) Freshness at the Molitor

Since its reopening in 2014 after renovation, the Molitor has added a rooftop bar overlooking the art deco swimming pool. While the price of a dive is relatively exorbitant (still 180 euros a day), you can touch it with your fingertips thanks to the rooftop of the place, which offers a plunging view of this sublime pool. Drinks here are more affordable: between 13 and 23 euros for a cocktail. We highly recommend the Topless, (no, we're only talking about one of the cocktails on the menu!): made with tequila, Sichuan pepper, coriander, fresh pineapple, honey and ginger ale: a guaranteed treat.

14) Romanticism at Georges, the Pompidou rooftop

Do you think your vacations are about stuffing your face? If so, we recommend a visit to Georges. Georges is the restaurant nestled on the rooftops of the famous Centre Pompidou. Designed by designers, this space on the heights of Paris's most central building offers a panoramic view of the capital. The space is criss-crossed by the city's finest monuments: at a glance, you can see Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, Les Halles and even Montmartre. And what's more, the terrace is bathed in sunshine all day long. In our opinion, it's the ideal place to go for a romantic dinner.

15) From gourmet to Limon

For a gourmet journey, head to Limon, the gourmet restaurant of the Hôtel Marignan, located between Avenue Montaigne, Avenue Georges V and the Champs-Elysées. Climbing to the top of this luxurious hotel, we are delighted to discover a splendid rooftop offering a bird's-eye view of Paris's chic 8th arrondissement and surrounding area. Enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower and its surroundings, while traveling to Latin America through Chef Adrien Milliand's sunny citrus-flavored cuisine. If you're not feeling hungry, you'll still be tempted by the menu of delicious high-flying snacks over a glass of wine or one of the cocktails inspired by the encounter "between Paris and the world". Choose from shrimp tempura with aïoli espuma, croque-monsieur with truffle and citrus zest, or French fries with gribiche sauce... a trip for the eyes and taste buds guaranteed!
