Since containment, time spent on the web has increased by 70% and engagement on social media by 61%. In addition to spending more time online, the French are also interacting much more with content published on social media. But what kind of content are the French focusing on? In addition to recipes for bread (+ 625% of searches on Google since March 8), sourdough, or fresh pasta: they are spending more and more time on Food accounts. Whether you're a restaurant owner who's off the grid or still working, filming your daily routine, a food professional democratizing complicated recipes, or a collective or association working to feed those who have to keep their jobs outside the home, Instagram is bursting at the seams with inspiring accounts to follow! We share our favorites with you in this article:

Restaurants that inspire every day

1) Easy Sushi: delivery and solidarity actions

Taking temperature readings every morning, wearing gloves and masks, respecting safety distances, washing hands several times an hour... Every day, the robot prepares a series of Pizzas, which a Pazzo (the pet name for Pazzi employees), collects and safely delivers to workers in the area: nursing staff, firefighters, pharmacists, hospital maintenance staff, lorry drivers, bus drivers, refuse collectors, supermarket employees...

20) Bosses' initiatives to support nursing staff

Solidarity initiatives were set up as soon as the confinement began. These are movements that link chefs and hospitals. To follow these solidarity actions, we recommend these Instagram accounts: @laresistancedeschefs@leschefsaveclessoignants@culturefood.Parmi mobilized chefs, you can find Guillaume Sanchez, chef of Neso (1 Michelin star), Taku Sekine chef of Dersou and Cheval d'Or, Guillaume Gomez, chef of the Elysée kitchens or Aurélien Braguier, chef of La trufferière.
