Objective: improve online visibility to attract more customers to the restaurant
La Pizza d'Anita is an excellent Italian restaurant in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The restaurant has its regulars, who come back regularly for lunch or dinner, but it's still not fully booked for lunch and dinner, so it's running below capacity. How do you remedy this? By boosting word-of-mouth with effective communication on the right digital channels: Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp, La Fourchette... In the 1st month, we began by taking charge of the restaurant's home pages on Tripadvisor and Yelp.
The initial observation: an invisible establishment on Tripadvisor and Yelp
Anita's Italian cuisine is tasty and hearty, and the value for money very satisfactory. However, when looking for an Italian restaurant in the neighborhood, we couldn't find Anita's Pizza, either on Tripadvisor or Yelp, where it came in at 144th position, far too low to attract customers.
In search of the best pizza nearby, La Pizza d'Anita came out in 14th position on the second page. This was far too far away to attract customers, as Internet users are content with the information on the 1st page, which attracts almost 90% of clicks. Appearing on page 1 is therefore essential to win customers.
Optimization and hard work for online visibility
We enriched and optimized Anita's Pizza's establishment pages, choosing the relevant categories in which to appear, completing all the details of the services and offer proposed. We wrote an optimized description of the establishment, placing strategic keywords, and published it in French and English. We also responded to all customer comments, regularly inserting keywords into our answers to boost La Pizza d'Anita's visibility on strategic keywords.
Results after 1 month: La Pizza d'Anita gained 80% of visitors to its pages and leapt up the rankings.
On Tripadvisor, the establishment received almost 20% more postings and 80% more visitors.
On Yelp, La Pizza d'Anita's positions on strategic queries improved significantly. The restaurant was listed for :
